1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions apply to all activities between you and World of Milano. By placing an order, you expressly agree to the terms and conditions. World of Milano makes every effort to describe the terms and conditions clearly and in understandable language. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. World of Milano reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice. This change applies only to the future and does not affect orders already placed. We recommend that you regularly consult the terms and conditions so that you remain informed of the applicable provisions.

We do everything we can to ensure that the information on this website is complete, accurate, and up-to-date at all times. Despite these efforts, it is possible that the information may be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated. World of Milano cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any information on this website. 

1.3 PRICES
All prices on the World of Milano e-shop are displayed in euros. The prices in the webshop are always the same as in the store. All prices include 21% VAT, excluding shipping costs. If there are shipping costs, we will always inform you before you finalize your purchase. 

1.4 WARRANTY 
We guarantee that our goods are in accordance with your order and meet the normal expectations you may have, taking into account the product specifications. We also guarantee that our goods comply with all laws in effect at the time of your order. We ask you to report any defects or deficiencies to us within 7 days of their discovery. 

1.5 CONDITION OF THE GOODS 
All items offered for sale in the World of Milano e-shop are in new condition, unworn, and impeccably clean. All products in the e-shop are illustrated with photos and accompanied by a clear description (brand, description, price, any promotional price, available sizes, care instructions ... where possible). The images we use are a true representation of the goods offered. If we have clearly made a mistake, we are not obligated to fulfill your order. 

1.6 TRUE-TO-LIFE COLORS 
We do our utmost to accurately represent the colors of each item in the e-shop. However, please keep in mind that the colors in the photos may slightly differ from the actual colors (depending on factors such as screen, brightness, etc.). 1.7 OFFER OF GOODS AND FREE CHOICE OF ORDERING 
The presentation of our products in the World of Milano e-shop constitutes merely a non-binding invitation to place an order with us. By submitting your order, you are making a binding offer to enter into a contract of sale. We accept this offer by delivering the goods. The automatically generated order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of the offer, but merely confirms that we have received the order. 
We reserve the right to decide whether or not to accept an order. If we do not process an order, we will notify you immediately. World of Milano sells its products exclusively to end consumers aged 18 and over, and only in quantities customary in the trade. If you are under 18, we ask that you have your parents or legal guardian place the order. If we discover that an order has been placed by a minor, we may refuse that order. 

1.8 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 
The information on the website is of a general nature. It is not tailored to personal or specific circumstances and cannot therefore be regarded as personal, professional or legal advice to the user. World of Milano makes every effort to ensure that the information provided is complete, correct, accurate and up to date. 

Despite these efforts, inaccuracies may occur in the information provided. Should the information provided contain inaccuracies or should certain information on or via the site be unavailable, World of Milano will make every effort to rectify this as soon as possible. However, World of Milano cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the information on this site. If you identify any inaccuracies in the information made available via the site, please contact the site administrator.

2. ORDERING AND PAYMENT

2.1 ORDER AND AGREEMENT 
After registration, you can place an order in the e-shop via your shopping bag ("cart" or "shopping cart"). Within 24 hours, you will receive an email confirming your order with a summary of your order. After paying and receiving your items, you have 7 days as a customer to return or exchange items, either through the e-shop or in stores. After this period, your purchase is final, and you remain the owner of the purchased items. We recommend that you contact us beforehand in case of questions or doubts to avoid misunderstandings and disappointments. We assume that you provide your information truthfully when registering and placing an order. Incorrect or incomplete information can hinder smooth order processing and delivery. Additionally, it is also your responsibility as a customer to keep your password confidential to prevent misuse.

2.2 MINIMUM ORDER VALUE
The minimum order value in the e-shop is 19.95 euros including VAT. 

2.3 PAYMENT OPTIONS 
The e-shop offers various payment options for orders in the e-shop. If you pay via online banking (BNP Paribas Fortis, Dexia, ING, and KBC), PayPal, Ideal, or credit card (VISA and Mastercard), the amount will be immediately deducted from your account, and we can process your order right away. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize your payment to us, we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery and/or non-delivery of your order. 

2.4 SAFE ONLINE PAYMENTS 
Online payments in the e-shop are made through a secure transaction. Your payment details and credit card information are only used for the payment and are never shared with other parties. 

2.5 PRICE INDICATION 
World of Milano is committed to displaying correct prices at all times in the e-shop for the items offered for sale. In the exceptional case that incorrect prices are inadvertently displayed, either due to a technical issue or human error, the so-called 'criterion of the consumer's good faith' always applies. 3. Delivery

3.1 DELIVERY OPTIONS
The e-shop offers various delivery options for orders placed in the e-shop. During the ordering process, you have the choice: either pick up your order for free at the stores, or choose delivery of your items to an existing address via mail. World of Milano is not responsible for any customs fees and any additional charges, taxes, or levies that may be applied by third parties after shipping. 

3.2 SHIPPING METHODS TO MAILING ADDRESS
All packages from the World of Milano e-shop are shipped by our partner sendcloud. An order will be shipped no later than 3 business days after the order date. For the majority of items, the rule is 'ordered on a business day before 2 PM, delivered within 2 days.' The delivery time will be communicated at the bottom of the shopping cart. 

3.3 DELIVERY IN A MILANO STORE
You can choose to pick up your package at a MILANO store of your choice. This delivery method is free. Our stores hold a package from the e-shop for 14 days. If you do not pick up your package after 14 days, the items will be returned to MILANO WEARHOUSE. There, we will carefully keep your items until you contact us, either online or by phone at +32 89 41 44 59. 

3.4 INVENTORIES 
We do everything we can to accurately display the stock of items in the e-shop. If, despite our efforts, an item turns out to be out of stock after ordering, we will inform you as a customer immediately. We will refund the amount of the out-of-stock items to your account and provide you with an adjusted invoice. World of Milano cannot be held liable in any case for non-delivery of ordered items due to stock shortages or missing inventory.

4. RETURN

4.1 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You, as a customer, have the right to withdraw from your purchase without paying a penalty and without providing a reason, within 7 days from the day following the delivery of your items. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform World of Milano in writing or via email. After receiving the return package, we will refund you the total amount of the returned items. Please note: returned items must meet certain conditions to be eligible for a refund (see 'Return Conditions'). 

4.2 RETURN PROCEDURE
Exchanging items at World of Milano is no problem. This can be done after receiving your order at any MILANO store. You can also exchange your item in the MILANO store for a refund or return it by mail to receive your refund. Returned items must always be sent back in their original packaging. Please always clearly state the reason for the return. Returns can be made by shipping through the mail or by dropping off at a MILANO store of your choice. 

4.3 RETURN CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At World of Milano, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. Not satisfied with your purchase? You can easily return or exchange it. 

RETURNS
You can return your order within 7 days of receipt.
Always contact us first via info@worldofmilano.be before you return an item.
Return shipping costs are always the customer's responsibility.
You will receive a confirmation once your return has been processed (usually within 5–7 business days after it is received in our warehouse). 

EXCHANGING 
Do you want a different size or color?

to start your exchange request.
The costs for returning the original item are the customer's responsibility.
We will ship the replacement item for free as soon as your return is processed.

HOW DOES RETURNING OR EXCHANGING WORK? 
Step 1 — Contact us Send an email to info@worldofmilano.be with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange.
Step 2 — Pack your items Place the packing slip and the items in the box, well protected.
Step 3 — Send your package After contacting us, you will receive the return instructions for sending your package. 
💡 Tip: Want to receive a new item faster? Then place a new order now and return your original order for a refund afterwards. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Items must be new, unworn, and unwashed with all original tags.
Brand boxes, dust bags, and cards must be included.
Returns of the same order must be shipped in one package.
We do not accept returns that show clear signs of use. 

4.4 DAMAGED ITEMS AND MANUFACTURING ERRORS 
We always package and ship our items with the utmost care. This way, the chance of damage during shipping is minimized. All items are also carefully checked for any manufacturing defects before shipping. If the goods we delivered were damaged during transport, do not match the items listed on the delivery note, or do not correspond to the items you ordered, you must report this as soon as possible and return the items to us within 7 calendar days of receipt. We cannot be held responsible for any consequential damages due to late delivery or non-delivery by the carrier appointed by the company. Our liability in such cases remains limited to the value of the items that are proven not to have been received by the customer.

In the event of a violation, we will not hesitate to take legal action.
