RETURN
- You can return your order within 7 days of receipt.
- Always contact us first via info@worldofmilano.be before you return an item.
- The return costs are always the customer's responsibility.
- You will receive a confirmation once your return has been processed (usually within 5–7 business days after it is received in our warehouse).

HOW DOES RETURNING OR EXCHANGING WORK?
STEP 1 — CONTACT US
Send an email to info@worldofmilano.be with your order number and the items you want to return or exchange.
STEP 2 — PACK YOUR ITEMS
Place the packing slip and the items in the box, well protected.
STEP 3 — SEND YOUR PACKAGE
After contacting us, you will receive the return instructions for sending your package.
Tip: Do you want to receive a new item faster? Then place a new order and return your original order for a refund.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Items must be new, unworn, and unwashed with all original tags.
- Brand boxes, dust bags, and cards must be included.
- Returns of the same order must be shipped in one package.
- We do not accept returns that show clear signs of use
INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Contact us within 48 hours of receipt via info@worldofmilano.be with photos of the item and the packaging.
In this case, we will cover the costs for replacement or return.
NON-ACCEPTABLE RETURNS
We reserve the right to refuse returns when items:
- Show clear signs of wear or usage
- Washed, damaged, or altered
- Returned without original packaging or labels
