This privacy policy applies to the website and services of World of Milano (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”). Milano Herenmode BV, with its registered office at De Commanderie 2, 3740 Bilzen-Hoeselt, registered in the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number BE 0653 818 701 and known by the trading name: World of Milano, is responsible for the collection, processing and use of your personal data. Within World of Milano, Rune Wijnen has been appointed as Data Protection Officer. We attach great importance to the privacy of our customers and visitors to our website. That is why we process your data only in a manner that complies with the General Data Protection Regulation, also known as the GDPR. You have the right at any time to view, consult, amend or delete your data from our database free of charge. Our Customer Service team will do everything possible to assist you immediately. 3. WHAT DO WE USE THIS PERSONAL DATA FOR? ​

We use the personal data you provide to create your personal account. This is handy when you browse our website, as it means you don’t have to enter your details every time. We also process your data to process your purchases correctly and to communicate with you.

​§ Loyalty scheme
We also use your surname, first name and address to link all purchases to your account. This is necessary to ensure that the points you earn through your online and in-store purchases are credited to the correct account, so that you can enjoy all the benefits. We need your email and/or postal address to send you a number of benefits linked to the loyalty programme, and, if you order via one of our websites, to send you payment details, confirmation and dispatch information for your order.

When you register in our shops or place an order online via our e-shop, you agree to World of Milano’s Terms and Conditions. 
Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties, to the extent permitted by law, for the purpose of fulfilling the contract or completing the payment for your order. In connection with your order, our partners (such as carriers, logistics companies and banks) receive all necessary data, which they may only use to fulfil their duties. We also require them to comply with data protection legislation and to treat your data with the utmost care. We have signed an agreement with each of our partners confirming that they have taken the necessary measures to protect your personal data at all times.
